Indulgent Full Moon treatment
Indulge yourself in this powerful and deeply relaxing 2 hour luxury relaxation ritual. The treatment will start with bathing your feet in a bowl infused with warm water, rose petals and Epsom salt which helps to withdraw toxins from the body. While your feet soak you will be guided through some gentle breath work to calm the nervous system and a deeply relaxing Indian head massage. You will then be guided to lie comfortably on the bed and sink into deep relaxation with a mini crystal facial with hot stones and massage techniques to melt away any physical tension you will then absorb the beautiful energy of the crystals while receiving reflexology followed being bathed in the sounds and vibrations from the gongs, crystal singing bowls and tuning forks.

Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda and has been practised in India for thousands of years. Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic massage therapy that combines ancient techniques from India with Swedish massage techniques which promotes a deeply relaxing holistic treatment that incorporates acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders.
This treatment can help to relieve tension and reduce headaches, improve sleep, reduce stress, enhance hair growth, stimulate lymphatic drainage and promote deep relaxation. You will be taken through a guided breathwork and meditation to allow your nervous system to be soothed and your body and mind to relax in preparation to let go so you can truly immerse yourself in the experience with full presence and deep awareness. Spellbound Holistic Facial

Holistic facial that is deeply relaxing and luxurious that provides results and improves the skin.
You will be cocooned in a cosy heated bed, with a weighted blanket to keep you warm and cosy. You will then be guided through some gentle breathwork to soothe the nervous system followed by guided meditation to relax the body and calm the mind. I will then introduce some natural oils to awaken the senses followed by an energy cleanse. I will begin the treatment with a dreamy oil cleanse using relaxing and lymphatic drainage massage techniques, followed by cryo therapy using cold facial globes to soothe the skin. I will steam the skin (option to add dried flowers, depending on individual preference) and complete the cleansing using a warm bubbly foam cleanser. Followed by hot towel removal, and gentle exfoliation. You will then experience the biodynamic power of LED light therapy, a powerful therapy to improve skin complexion while being bathed in the energy of crystals and sound healing. I will then apply a seaweed or rose clay mask while you enjoy a hot stone, chest and shoulder massage followed by the application of a serum and moisturiser using massage techniques to sculpt and drain the face, ending with a lip treatment and scalp massage using gua sha crystal combs.

Be bathed in crystals while receiving powerful healing through vibration and sound.
The session will start with a consultation so we can discuss anything you would like to specifically work on, you will then be guided to settle into a cosy memory foam supported heated bed with a weighted blanket and eye mask. We will start with some energy cleansing and oils to awaken the senses. The session will then start by guiding you through breath work followed by guided meditation to allow you to slip into a deeper state of relaxation and meditation tailored to you.Using various sound healing instruments including my collection of gongs, Chakra connecting crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks and Koshi chimes.
I am available to run group sound bath sessions for private events also.

Reflexology is an ancient Chinese practice that uses a targeted, pressure-point massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body which encourages the body to return to balance and promotes self-healing. The treatment is done by using thumb, finger and hand techniques on the reflex areas of the feet to reduce stress, which naturally improves circulation, reducing body tension and enhancing relaxation. All systems and organs of the whole body are said to be mirrored or reflected in the feet and when we focus on these specific areas and zones in the feet this can stimulate organs, nerve endings and energy pathways to promote health and reduce pain
